There Is Only Love

Divine Source Energy is the energy of Love. As I recognize that I am a human expression of Infinite Energy, I also realize that I Am Love. No matter any appearances to the contrary, Love Is. At times, I may experience very human thoughts of insecurity, frustration and anger. I see that these feelings may be echoed in the thoughts and actions of others around me. Especially during times like these, when fear, uncertainty and conflicting information seem to take root in my thoughts, I may get bogged down in the doubts of what I know to be true. But when I allow myself some time and mind space, some deep breaths and body relaxations, I know, in my heart that there IS only Love.

I make a concentrated effort to demonstrate Love in many ways: a kind word, a genuine smile, a simple affirmation of peace. I affirm Love in my own heart also and take the time to allow it to encompass my consciousness. I need only remember that the one and only energy in the universe, and in me, is Love.

Affirmation:  Love is now and always in me, around me, and moving through me.

I now allow, acknowledge, accept and affirm that this is so.
