I Open Myself

I take a few deep breaths and corresponding exhales as I briefly release the chatter that often occupies my mind.

As I gently open myself to Spirit, I allow myself to receive the wisdom and understanding of my Divine Soul in all its many forms; I need only take a moment to receive.

As I open myself to Universal Love, I know beyond doubt that I am capable of a pure and deep love for myself and for others. When anger or frustration block my unconditional love, I gently release whatever holds me back with forgiveness and grace.

As I open myself to wholeness and health, I awaken to the truth that I am a beloved child of God, that I am strong and perfect exactly as I am. I make the best choices possible to maintain and improve my body temple, setting realistic goals and forgiving myself when I fall short.

As I open myself to abundance, I allow myself to feel gratitude for what I have in this moment. I firmly release all feelings of unworthiness for a higher good. I know that riches of all kinds are being prepared for me by Divine Source Energy in the form of new creative ideas, intuitive thoughts, and alliances with others that propel me forward. I clear my mind regularly so I feel ready and willing to receive.

As I reflect on all these things, I recognize that I am an heir of the Collective Creators and I bask joyously in the inheritance that is mine.

Affirmation: I open myself to the Holy Spirit, to Universal Love, to wholeness and health, and to great abundance.

I now allow, acknowledge, accept, and affirm that these things are so.
