I Am
I Am
My title is composed of two very short, very simple words. What they express is an important Truth. In my writings I refer to this phrase in many ways: Infinite Source Energy, Divine Mind, the Collective Creators, and All-That-Is, to name a few. When we speak of the I Am, we are speaking about all of these things and more.
Commonly, when we use the word "I," we are referring to our individual human selves. It's the self that we are mentally most accustomed to, the self in the physical world that we can see, hear, touch, taste and smell. Most usually we use the phrase "I am" with terms descriptive of our physical bodies or our temporary conditions. "I am well." "I am beautiful." "I am in love." We also use it to differentiate between ourselves and others. "I am tall." "She is a brunette." "They are angels."
But when I'm meditating and making my Divine connection with Source, the "I Am" needs no descriptions or conditions. "I Am" is a full and complete spiritual statement that designates my "Oneness." I don't even need to say that I Am One "with" Infinite Source Energy. This would imply two spiritual entities: myself and something other than myself. When I Am One, every thing, every person, every Energy, every Source, are all part of me, and I part of them. There is no separation or division, just I Am.
My writings rarely use the "I Am" statement by itself. If they did, I wouldn't need to say anything else at all, because the "I Am" is All-That-Is. I believe that it demonstrates true spiritual awareness for us to come to the knowing that I Am One and part of others, One and part of Infinite Source, One and part of All-That-Is.
Meditating on the sentence, "I Am," and allowing the depths of emotions this invokes, can bring us the sublime feeling of Oneness and the almost unimaginable joy, peace, confidence, and most of all the Greatest Degree of Love.
Affirmation: I Am One and part of All-That-Is. I Am.
I now allow, acknowledge, accept, and affirm that this is so.

Thank you, Rita. The human brain defaults to objectifying many things. "I am" expresses the 'is ness' of Divine Love in a language that attempts to put into words ineffable, limitless, and eternal character of all that is...
