Fear is a liar, the Devil a thief

A fallen Angel I used to be
Dancing with the Devil was my reality
Listening to all the lies he was telling me
Trying to get me to stop believing in a God who brings me inner peace, wisdom, and freedom
The Devil gave me heartache, shame, and depression
We are done
The fallen angel has risen
Spirit is breathing life into my lungs that are no longer deflated
No longer listening to the lies the Devil keeps saying
Today, I am choosing to give life a new meaning
Silencing the old paradigm, newfound hope and faith beyond reason
